ICARE2021 is the 4th International Conference on Accounting Research and Education, which is organized by the Faculty of Accountancy, UiTM Perak Branch Tapah Campus in collaboration with the Accounting Research Institute (ARI), Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Paramadina and Universitas Islam Indonesia. With the theme ‘Accounting Research and Education: The Challenges and Opportunities During Covid-19 New Normal’, this conference is open to those interested in gaining new knowledge on accounting research and education as well as to those who want to share their own practices.
The objective of ICARE2021 is to provide a platform for academics, professionals, researchers and scholars from Malaysia and abroad to interact and share knowledge, experience and expertise in the fields of accounting, finance, economics and business management.
Since the whole world are facing the pandemic situation, our participants are restrained from travelling, thus we had to introduce new norm for organising ICARE, which is via video conferencing: a convenient way of sharing ideas and discussion. The participants will be presenting their papers through virtual or online presentations with much less fee.
Call for paper
ICARE2021 invites scholars, researchers, practitioners and students to submit papers for virtual paper presentation and to join virtual talks and colloquia addressing this year’s themes and topics. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may still join the community and submit your article for peer review and possible publication.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding with an eISBN. Selected authors will be offered for publication in Scopus indexed journal as well as other relevant journals, subject to the compliance with the journals’ guidelines, terms and conditions
